Procedures :

• Logo Artwork : Please send the motif in good resolution of Vector-base image artwork, our artist will assess a necessary modification for an achieving the best outlook effect of Heat Seal Logo.

• Before sampling, we need our customer’s authorization and approval by a concrete of mail or letter.

• To prevent an inapplicable issue between heat transfer logo and fabric, 2 yards of approval fabrics, will be required by us for a Washing Test & Color Migration Test . The testing result will be either for garment factory’s reference or as one of criteria for judging the bulk quality of standard for our inspecting department.

Annually, we will send our raw materials to the nominated laboratory (such as SGS, ITS) for the chemical inspection under customer’s regulation.

Application Equipment :
The garment factory needs pneumatic heat transfer machine (but not manual) with the following functions :-

• Temperature

• Time

• Pressure
